BOWS

My coworker and friend Raegan learned how to make some really cool bows. She watched my kids on Saturday while we were moving. When I went to pick the kids up we decided to make a bunch of bows together. If you know me you know that I am not a crafty kinda person, I can usually catch on but don't do a lot of crafty type stuff, so I was excited that these turned out so cute.

She made the pink/purple headband for Jerzie and I made all the bows.

Here is a closer look at them

Here is the bow I wore today, this one is my favorite.

Jaxon's cute snowman!

A chubby little snowman had a carrot for a nose

Along came a bunny, and what do you suppose

That hungry little bunny looking for some lunch

ate that snowman's nose with a nibble nibble crunch

Jaxon's Passport

Jaxon's been learning about different places around the world at school. Today he brought home his passport.

Last week he gave this note to me...

It says, Dear Mom and Dad, We ate with chopstick in Korea. Love Jaxon and wrote his name in Korean.

Artwork

I just love seeing my kids' artwork and it's hard not to keep everything. So I like to scan them or take a picture of them to keep them. Here are some more of Jerzie's beautiful creations.

She didn't want me to take her picture so this is the best I could do

Moving!!

Right before Christmas we found someone that wanted to take over our lease, however they didn't sign the contract until last Friday, which was making me a little nervous. But after we got home from Christmas we have been spending most of our free time packing and moving. We have taken several trips to our new house already. We are moving 90% of our stuff this weekend and throughout next week we will work on getting the rest of our things and cleaning. As of February 1 we will no longer have access to our Sandy house. It is a bitter sweet thing, we really, really like our ward. I love being SO close to Jaxon's school, daycare and my work. However, the thought of getting out of debt and actually having money saved out weighs all the things we are going to miss. I am truly greatful to Nate and Allie for offering this opportunity to us.
